However, test methods and techniques for biologicals may produce variable results; therefore, the user should evaluate the material for suitability in a given system prior to purchase. Lot specific samples are available at the customer’s request and users are encouraged to evaluate the sample prior to purchase.
Terms of Payment:
Unless otherwise specified in a Contract, Buyer shall make payment in full within thirty (30) days after date of Seller’s invoice. A late payment charge of 1.5% on the unpaid, past due balance, will be assessed monthly at a minimum of two dollars ($2.00), or the maximum lawful rate allowable in the state or country where the goods are delivered, whichever is less.
Discrepancies:
written notification of any discrepancies with the shipment must be made within 5 days of the ship date.
