Caution to Users
The values expressed in the Certificate of Analysis, included with every order, reflect our best efforts to provide accurate and reproducible data. However, due to the inherent variability in biological test methods and techniques, users should evaluate the material’s suitability for their specific systems prior to purchase. Lot-specific samples are available upon request, and we strongly encourage customers to test these samples before making a purchase decision.

Terms of Payment
Unless otherwise specified in a contract, payment must be made in full within 30 days of the invoice date. A late payment charge of 1.5% on the unpaid, past-due balance will be applied monthly, with a minimum charge of $2.00 or the maximum lawful rate allowable in the applicable jurisdiction, whichever is less.

Discrepancies
Customers must provide written notification of any shipment discrepancies within five (5) days of the ship date to ensure proper resolution.
