Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are isolated from peripheral blood by leukapheresis and density gradient centrifugation. Cells are drawn from healthy donors.

Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are isolated from peripheral blood using leukapheresis followed by density gradient centrifugation.

Product Features:

Fresh PBMC’s are drawn and shipped to the customer within 24 hours. Viability of fresh PBMC’s is approximately 95%.

All units are tested by FDA-approved methods and found negative for HBsAg and antibodies to HCV, HIV 1&2, NAT-HAV, NAT-HBV, NAT-HCV, NAT-PVB19.

All donors have been analyzed initially and every four months with a negative result for Syphilis. Donors are tested prior to draw.
