Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are isolated from peripheral blood using leukapheresis followed by density gradient centrifugation.

Product Features:

Fresh PBMC’s are drawn and shipped to the customer within 24 hours. Viability of fresh PBMC’s is approximately 95%.
All units are tested by FDA-approved methods and found negative for HBsAg and antibodies to HCV, HIV 1&2, NAT-HAV, NAT-HBV, NAT-HCV, NAT-PVB19.
All donors have been analyzed initially and every four months with a negative result for Syphilis. Donors are tested prior to draw.
